Data Engineer

I bring a unique combination of technical expertise and deep policy research experience to data engineering challenges. With advanced degrees from Sciences Po Paris and the College of Europe, I spent nearly a decade as a policy researcher, working with organizations like the OECD Development Centre, the German Institute of Development and Sustainability, and Observer Research Foundation in New Delhi.

Through years of policy research, I developed expertise in navigating complex institutional data, extracting insights from official documents, and working with statistical datasets across different organizational formats—experience that translates directly to the data engineering challenges I solve today. After completing my Data Science certification at Jedha Bootcamp in Paris, I've specialized in building automated systems that help organizations navigate information-heavy environments.

My recent work includes developing semantic search engines for journalistic research at Article7 in Brussels and creating comprehensive trade policy platforms for Borderlex. I combine analytical rigor with technical implementation to deliver data solutions that solve real-world problems.

Based in Paris and working internationally, I collaborate with clients in German, French, and English.
